    R.J. O'Brien Limited has rapidly expanded recently and is interested in speaking to both individual and teams of institutional brokers across a wide range of futures and options asset classes.

    The ideal candidate(s) will have the following skills and experience:

    • 5-10 years experience in commodity, equity or fixed income brokerage
    • Strong and well-established client base
    • Qualified, and currently or recently registered with the FCA, as CF30

    The candidate within this position will be responsible mainly for executing orders for clients on futures, options, CFDs and spread bets and liaising with clients accordingly in order to meet their needs.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Executing orders for clients on futures, options, CFDs and spread bets.
    • Helping clients with enquiries about their positions, trades, statements, issues with their platforms and payments.
    • Acting as a point of contact for clients and continuously enhancing the client experience, building rapport with customers and growing positive working relationships.

    Operations Coordinator utilizes their operational experience to assist the Director, Operations in completing the daily duties of the team in a professional and control orientated manner. The Back Office is responsible for reconciliation to exchange/clearer, position transfers, option exercise/assignment, client money preparation and for liaison with RJO’s clients.

    Position Summary:

    Provide support of all electronic trading operations and services offered by R.J. O’Brien. This position will be responsible for providing ongoing support of existing and new clients through incoming phone calls and emails, providing level one solution support, as well as ensuring follow up and response. The position is responsible for onboarding, maintenance, and support of direct market access for clients as well as additional client services centric front and back office operational support tasks..
